ATS is an accounting and auditing organization that is established to help enforce compliance on Sint Maarten. The goal of the organization is to ensure that all businesses at every level are in compliance with the social and tax premium laws of Sint Maarten.
ATS is recruiting young professionals that live on Sint Maarten while attracting students from abroad to offer them the opportunity to return home and get a headstart in an accountancy career. Employee retainment is very important for the company and thus, ATS provides training programs that help build on tax and accounting skills that are required to perform the tasks/assignments.
For the year 2022 and onwards ATS aims to ENFORCE COMPLIANCE! Within the Caribbean, Sint Maarten has one of the cleanest forms of compliance. With good teamwork amongst SZV, the Tax Office and the current effort that ATS is putting in, Mr. Casper believes that there will definitely be a positive increase in compliance on the island of Sint Maarten in the next 5 years.
ATS works together with SZV to ensure tax and social premiums compliance on Sint Maarten. This varies from SZV wage tax audits to complete business registrations to business inspections.
